I recently booked for a flight from Lagos to Asaba on the 10th of May of which said flight was canceled shortly after.

We were then told to fill a refund request form with a promise to refund after 30 days (max). To my disappointment it has been 60 days ( 2 months) with no sign of any refund.

I have also placed several calls to your customer service to no avail. This is highly frustrating.

Please I need my refund to be processed asap if this message gets to any Aero Contractor staff or employee

Aero contractor is very notorious for things like this.

Who still uses them anyway,very outdated airline

Aero Contractors have only one plane,and the plane is down for repairs after it nearly crash landed at Abuja airport.
That airline is distressed and on its last legs. Don't expect any refunds soon.
