Your candid advise is needed.

His wife got a job in the UK which pays her about £30,000/ annum. Husband will be going with the wife along with thier 3months old baby as a dependent. How do you think this man can cope nursing thier baby for God knows how long before he gets something doing.

On a second thought he will rather let the wife go while he stays back with the baby in Nigeria managing his business. He's not doing do bad in Nigeria.

My people what's the best option he should take that would favour him and his family?.

Hmm. Mama want leave 3 months old baby travel go obodo oyinbo? Wundaful!

Hmmm. Papa want leave him thriving business go do nanny for obodo oyinbo. Wunderful

Make mama carry her pikin travel. Papa arrange with Mama for nanny/babysitter over there while making arrangement to join Mama over there(if you so desire). The arrangement should include securing a job while still controlling your business from there or stay back & be visiting twice or three times a year.

My point is: A kid that young ought to grow up with the mother or a grand mother. Not with only the father. You can’t take the place of a woman neither can a woman take the place of a man. That’s how God defined the roles forget how much she earns.

this one hard o. From this i guess the man is a business person without skills in indemand occupations like medicine, nursing, tech and consulting. So na mostly hustle jobs he will see . With night shift being his likely option because he will baby sit during the day and go hustle at night. Daycare is very expensive too abroad. Leaving a 3 months old baby behind in Nigeria self no go easy. If her mom is still alive let her follow to be doing nanny/ omugwo while the husband figures what good job or skill he can do. Can be visiting them.

The man in question runs his small computer business in Nigeria. What's the prospect for someone with little knowledge of computer programming like website design

The man should stay back in Nigeria and continue with the business or if he goes with the wife without a defined plans. He will be frustrated and most times, abroad use to test relationship

Wife should go alone, husband and baby stay behind and wife's mum or sister can assist in child care while the husband understudy care because he would need the skill when he finally relocates. After 3-5 months, wifey can file for the husband and baby after she has gotten appropriate accommodation and when visa is out, she will have to fly down to Nigeria because of the baby as I doubt Nigeria immigration would allow a man with a few months old baby, to fly.

The wife would be earning about 15pounds/hr , a registered Nanny would not charge less than 10 pounds per hour......child care is not cheap in the UK. Oga must be ready to care for their child when wifey is at work and wifey takes over, when he leaves for work.
