Hi guys, please I need an advice on which business to go into, have always have this dream of having my own business conglomerate, it has always been my childhood dream to go into business, I don’t base in Nigeria, but I believe Nigeria is actually a land of opportunity where business can move if it is in large scale and if it is well managed.
Have always have this series of business in mind, business like
Biochemical company(specifically lactic acid production) with its derivatives.
Real estate
School of Nursing and allied health
Transport business( inter-state)
This are the 4 business I want to go into, but I don’t know which one to start with first, my view is to go into the one which is more lucrative or let me say the base on which other business will stand.
Please business owners in the house, what are the pros and cons for all this business I listed and which one do you guys think is the best to go into for a start, I will really appreciate you guys input as it will guide me and let me make a good plan.

I prefer mini importation business, it is the best. It is very lucrative, it is the business I am thinking of starting after many reasearches it is considered as the best with less stress
