My dear brothers and sisters, I've realised that the only mistake that an Igbo man has done in this Lagos is investing heavily, building and buying of highly expensive houses in Lagos more than you've done in the south east . And that has to stop.

It is time to think home .
It is time to move all investments to southeast.
If you have 6 houses in Lagos, sell three and use the money to build houses in south east.

The Igbos are most occupiers of most mansions in highbrow houses in the island and mainland of Lagos .

It is no doubt that some of my Lagos brothers and sisters envy the success of Igbo people which is more reason why the Lagos indigines always want to attack the Igbo businesses but have not succeeded.

What you said are nothing but Truth, it's best to only build your personal house and warehouse and shops outside igboland, then everyother investment in properties should be sent down to igboland, it will generate as much income or rather return in investment exactly like lagos with less headache and anxiety, example there are areas in ENUGU where you can pay yearly rent of 3 to 4 Millions for a 3 or bedroom flat, same as 1 to million and 500 to 1 million for rent depending on the location of your house some areas are as high as 5 to 6 million for yearly rent, and people will occupy it within 1 week of declaration of rent, and immediately be reoccupied immediately a previous tenant vacates the premises.
I am telling you these cause am into real estate, i market houses for sale and rent, land here can be got for faster return in investment from as 10 to 60 millions depending on your choice of location.

You are not a good business man.everyone in south east are business men and women. So in order to make profit,you have to move to an area where everyone is consumer. Like north and south west . Coming back to south east is bad business move .

How many years now you and others have been talking the same things over and over: "Igbos it is time to think home". If they don't think home, will they return home for Christmas on yearly basis? If you want them to relocate, be pragrammatic in your approach.
1. First spend heavy money on security gardgets and hire trained armies, vigilantes and paramilitary personnel until sets of people you want to relocate to east are convince of adequate security. At least provide and fund 5 escorts for 10 years on individual you want to relocate back to Alaigbo

2. Go to shop of individual you target for relocation phase by phase to carry out estimate of what they have in their shops and bargain with each of them by doubling their investment in alaigbo

3. Go to Alaigbo and get shop ready for such individual, double the stock as promised. You can also provide free vehicles to go and carry anything carriable from any state they reside in Nigeria while you pay each of them with instant payment and security.

4. Get land for them to build houses in alaigbo in areas of their choices. By the time you make necessary practical provisions and double their investment with instant payment, why won't they follow you?
If you can't do all all these, then leave them alone, you can't tell them to come and die in the hand of Ipob/esn when Ekpa has no plan for them than to kill them and destroy their properties
