As usual with top estates in Anambra, no good road network. You will see houses and mansions in an estate with dilapidated mud road network. The estate members hardly cooperate unlike in Lagos where landlords cooperate to build estate roads. In Anambra, every body in the estate, especially the rich will be forming " I don't care" attitude. I haven't seen any estate in Anambra with well tared or paved roads. 2 Likes 1 Share |
