Matthew 9:37-38 New King James Version (NKJV) Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” In my personal accessment I have observed a good number of people who function in church weren't personally convinced but because they were coerced by a minister in the church. A Church worker must be born-again and must receive the personal conviction to serve in the vineyard. Alot of vices that are heard among church members today can be traced to church workers who were not personally convinced to served. |
