This morning, I woke up with a telephone call that gave me a rude shock, the caller who is my neighbor called me to inform me that her sales girl who has been pregnant with a child for nine months already died alongside with her new born baby through child birth complications, I felt sad and while reminiscence I began to ask myself where would this new born baby that just died few hours after experiencing the new life go to knowing fully well that the child has done nothing wrong for coming into life, neither did the baby opted on his/her volution to be born into this sinful world..
So my question now is for clarity sake where would this baby go to after life, heaven hell or where else?

A new born is simply recycled back to the dust from which it was made from - Genesis 3 vs 19 - 24. Since it was never able to become born-again, it could not gain entry into the Kingdom of God where the choice of Heaven or Hell present themselves - John 3 vs 1 - 21 & Matthew 25 vs 31 - 46.

Let me try something.

1. Man is conceived in sin. The sexual intercourse is a covenant of sin from which man is brought forth.
That's why Jesus didn't have to come through this process. So every child in the womb has an inherited sin — from their grandparents Adam and Eve.
{The baby is hereby proclaimed a sinner}

2. The only way to wash off that inherited sin is to: believe in your heart that Jesus has died for you (because every sinner ought to die), and confess it with your mouth...
{The baby has not done any of these, and is still a sinner}

3. Now again, what happens to those who never know of Jesus? (Like those in the Old Testament)
They will be judged by the Law of God (the ones given to Moses) — [Thou shall not do this and that...]
{The baby has not committed any sins according to the laws of God given to Moses, so is free from those sin}

4. Now, circumcision... On the 8th day, the baby ought to be circumcised... But didn't love till the 8th day.
So is still free from those sin and all the general purification rites that the children of God had to pass through in those days...

I'm just doing a quick version, I think more study will bring better insight.
But according to the law of common sense... That baby is blameless and/or never had any chance to be free from inherited sin.

Again, God is a just Judge. So let's allow Him to judge.

From the beginning, God said unbelievers will perish in the grave- Genesis 3 vs 19 - 24 - since their life ends when they die I.e. no after life. Jesus Christ is the one who later said that if you are not born-again,you cannot enter into the Kingdom of God - John 3 vs 1- 21 - to those who will choose to believe in Him. And Heaven and Hellfire are both inside of the Kingdom of God.

The categories and all that...
There should be two categories:
1. Those that followed the narrow path, which is Jesus ( Jesus said, "I am the only way to God." — paraphrased)
2. Those who followed the wide path, that's any path that's without Jesus.

Then these doesn't mean heaven or hell straight!
There's a judgement day where, "the books will be opened, and every man will be judged according to the books".
So I think everyone will stand in that line and answer according to his/her lifestyle on Earth.

The judge decides the final place for the child
Or do you think the Judge is wicked and is just bent on sending people who 'unknowingly' sinned, who were never conscious to hell?
