Jesus Christ didn't say that, false religions are exposed by their FRUITS not what the gods does. All gods have their versions of virtuous deeds but it's the activities of their adherents that will expose them as false.

Because these demons are perfect creatures and highly intelligent you can't beat them with reasoning but let their imperfect adherents of their standards go about what these gods laid down that's when you will know how unloving, foolish and unjust their standards are.

When Jesus said:

You qouted Hebrews 7: 6 as against tithing. I don't think so. In my own understanding it saying directly opposite of what your GB taught you.

Melchizedek took tithes from Abraham. He was King of righteousness; King of peace made like the Son of God. A type or real person (theophany?) Leave that alone.

He fully represented Jesus. Fully. Then he disappeared. Where is he now if he remains a priest forever?

In a figure Levites who received tithes from children of Israel paid in Abraham because they were in the loins of Abraham. He was the filial grandfather of Levites who enjoyed his blessings. Now, you can extrapolate backwards to cover the Law but not forward the Grace.

Tithing is relevant as prayers, sacrifices (offerings) , covenants, faith towards God, marriage, water baptism symbolized by Noah's ark, Holy Spirit 'baptism' symbolized by dove and olive branch experience of Noah.etc. these were institutions before the Law.
