Constitution has already Defeated obi, While 25% in Abuja is still under doubt.

Apart from that, Abuja alone cannot decide who win this election that 36 state voted for.
[b]

If that's what constitution say, then let's been voting in Abuja alone na, since the choice of other states doesn't matter

Only fools will think the court will nullify Tinubu's election for not getting 25percent in Abuja. So votes of citizens in other parts of Nigeria will be nullified by those of citizens in Abuja? I don't understand this foolishness. That means we have to redefine democracy. There's no need voting in other states then. Let the whole nation converge in Abuja and vote there. How does this even make any sense to anybody? The last time I checked we don't operate electoral colleges in Nigeria. Obidiotssssss are simply asking the Judges to be foolish like them which is not just possible. So people residing in Abuja are superhumans with magic votes to nullify the choices of Nigerians in other parts of the country.? Lol 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣

No court in Nigeria will downturn Tinubus victory based on FCT 25% votes.

The implication is simple: it sets the future up at the mercy of ABJ. It means ABJ will always determine the winner of presidential elections in Nigeria. This will give them some undeserved leverage for bargaining with preferred candidates and powers to decide. It simply means that FCT is the electoral college. So they can decide to head another way while the whole of 36 states follow other ways.

Are they telling us that FCT people are first class citizens while others are second class?

All of us can as well migrate to FCT to register for our voters’ cards or transfer our voting eligibility to FCT and move their during elections periods to vote.

It is a complication that the nation can’t manage in the future.

Both the tribunal and SC will throw the 25% out first among all the filings.

Tinubu made the statement through his lead counsel (lawyer) Olanipekun during his final 40 page address to the PEPT Judges on his case with Obi and Atiku.

Try and borrow sense bro....Tinubu didn't win, even if the PEPT out of fear upholds his election, it is clear to well meaning Nigerians and foreigners that Tinubu is sitting on a stolen mandate and God, divinity will finish the battle should the Judges fail to uphold justice, wait and see, just a matter of time.

Its not about setting whatever, its about what the constitution says before now.

You guys ought to have fought for that clause using APC's majority at the senate to remove it or clarify it but you guys never saw it coming.

APC ojoro Journalist, Kadaria Ahmed was on Arise TV and NTA live a day to the election repeating it that please all the contestants should know that whoever wins majority votes and the spread but fail to get 25% of total votes cast in Abuja will not be declared President, that another round of election will be done and if none of the candidates meets all the requirements as stated in the constitution, that a final 3rd round election will be held and that the winner will be declared based on a simple majority votes cast.

I will find the link to that her video and attach to my comment.

Let us stop supporting evil just because it favors us or those we cherish, always stand for truth.
