But tinubu has the popular vote, 25% in 29 states. While Atiku only has 25% in 21 states and no fct. an obi only has 25% in 16 states. So even with the fct issue, tinubu is still the most qualified winner. Its also not clear whether the fct is acting as one of the states or not as section 299 says it should be treated as one of the states. So why should fct have special voting status over all the other states? I don't think anyone has a serious case against tinubu here.

However, this is not an academic thesis, this is a Electoral Tribunal, every single vote must be accounts for.

If you can deduce patterns of voting between two poling units in previous elections that didnt exist in the particular election under scrutiny, you cannot present that in the Tribunal as proof of irregularities. Every single vote you are concerned about must be accounted for before they can be alloted to you.

No, what I am saying is he can't rely on projection like he does in his academic field to prove a thesis.

He only analysed polling units in a couple of states, Benue and Rivers, and attempted to extrapolate that into whatever preselected answer it was that Peter Obi's lawyers wanted from him.
