Please, I just got a new phone after having my old one stolen last week. But the fact that I have the banking apps opay and gtb on the missing phone worries me. The opay always requests a pin after a few days of inactivity, and the gtb is locked with a pattern. Because there is just #400 in the opay, I didn't bother to retrieve the number I used in opening it,I just opened a new one. But I retrieved the one I use for my GTB back. The question I had was whether the thief could access my banking apps after I had asked MTN customer service to blocked the 2 the sim cards the same day the incident occurred.

Please help me out 🙏🙏

You can upgrade your opay account to third tier then visit your bank for further security assistance on your GTB mobile account security setup/upgrade.

Stating that the address on the Electricity Bill should be the same with the one on my profile... I have cross-checked several times and it is the same but they keep reversing it.

Ok...delete the app and redownload it then try the third-tier process....make sure you know your log in details.
