Two-time Senator Representing Delta North Senatorial District, Senator Peter Nwaoboshi has arrived Delta State in his first public outing since his exoneration from Fraud and Corruption charges leveled against him by the EFCC. He landed at about 13:00hrs at the Asaba Airport, alongside Senators Representing Delta Central and South, Ede Dafinone and Joel Onowakpo-Thomas, Elder Omeni Sobotie Delta State APC Chairman , Chief Stella Okotete Nexim Executive Director, Chief Austin Izagbo Former Commissioner and numerous political well-wishers. Senator Peter Nwaoboshi was cleared of Corruption charges after the Supreme Court upturned the verdict of the Court of Appeal which had wrongfully jailed the Senator in June 2022, preventing him from physical campaigns during the 2023 elections where he was the APC Delta North Senatorial Candidate. He headed to his Hometown in Ibuza after spending some time in Asaba.
