We operated a Lesotho Paypal account that had significant funds in it.

Unfortunately, the paypal account was permanently limited. The funds have stayed in the account far more than the required 180 days.

We have tried adding Payoneer USD account to it to withdraw funds but the Paypal security feature keeps rejecting the USD account saying "sorry, we can't verify it is you..."

We added UBA prepaid cards to the account. But when we try to withdraw, Paypal rejects it also.

We reached out to the Paypal Lesotho customer support and we were told the only option would be travelling to Lesotho and trying to link a US bank account from there.

Obviously, that is not practical. So we are seeking a reliable and reputable VPN provider that has a Lesotho server--with which we can get a Lesotho IP address. We presume that with a secure Lesotho VPN connection, we will be able to add our Payoneer USD account.

Please house, does anyone have any recommendation or insights to share?

I am in Maseru Lesotho with a Vodacom network. I can help you access the PayPal here.

A friend of mine in Lagos had the same issue with $860 trapped and I helped him out.

I believe PayPal network server can detect IPs and VPNs from other proxy countries easily.
