Please what could be the cause of rumbling stomach with no single pain?

It has lasted for few years now.

I conducted a test and they said is a special kind of worm while some said is ulcer but yet there is not single symptom aside the grumbling stomach.

Yes I have and the people who interpreted the result said is a special kind of worm, some said is ulcer even a US doctor who works with the embassy I sent the result said a is a worm.

He prescribed drugs yet no different.

I do not experience any symptom at all aside the rumbling tummy.

Ur case is different from mine. I was diagnose with staphylococcus and i have thumbling or rumbling tummy and rashes appearing on arms also. Treated it multiple times but no cure. I just say i should ask to know whether my case is similar with ur own. Since 2021 i don treat staph tire. It is well.
