The main criteria is, the African brand must have a good market share and brand recognition, and a minimum annual turnover of US$15mml with a max of US$100mml. Preferably, they can be in the Foods,skincare, Hair-care, Healthcare, Electronics or everyday Household niche-markets with popular brands.
