VESSEL WITH ALLEGED STOLEN CRUDE, A PUBLIC STUNT FOR A $50MILLION MONTHLY DEAL The destruction of MT Tura II vessel, owned by Holab Maritime Services Limited, allegedly carrying 150,000 metric tonnes of stolen crude oil, was after all a stunt. Industry experts who are aware of the game said the 21yrs old vessel had no crude and has capacity for only 1000 metric tonnes. If it had, it would sink immediately it was destroyed. That stunt was for Bola Tinubu to renew Tantita Security deal of $50million monthly contract fees which expires in August 2023. NNPC Limited Mele Kyari, Tantita Security, Managing Director of Nigeria Petroleum Development Company, Ali Zarah, have questions to answer. While we keep our eyes on the Judiciary, let us also keep our eyes on our commonwealths. Information so far received on the circumstances surrounding the destroyed vessel is mind blowing.
