5) nomination and substitution are cleraly pre election tuon and internal to a party..

You are not a kid anymore, just because someone posted
something on Twitter doesn't make it true.
Get a copy of the address and read it yourself.
Even without reading, there is no way a lawyer(even charge and bail one)
will agree that 25% is compulsory when it is against their clients interest.
