I always say the problem with governance in Nigeria is lack of strong intellect. We operate a syllabus kind of government where one leader after the other sings from the same hymn book. The only difference is the intonation, the details are similar.

'Using the full machinery of State' means what exactly. Was the former government using half? What does this mean? No one except them knows. The public is left with no details.
