So who will be in charge of rendering judgment on people's actions?
This is very similar to christain belief, God the righteous judge will pass out judgment to everybody, for him to do that, i guess he will be present here on Earth or send representatives

Allah will judge ALL on That Day.

And no it is not similar to the Christian's belief.

The Earth as you have it will be destroyed. But let's leave that for now. You don't teach Calculus in a Creche Class.
