Is 1 acre not six plots again?.. Don't allow them to milk you, 200k will even be more than enough,

Clearing and heaping should be based on the Labour market in your area, buy stems from local farmers or negotiate with people who are harvesting .. Then hold the rest for weed clearing or fumigation ...
The Local man want to rip you, unless you're not talking of 1 acre
