I have been having bad experience with jumia unlike other online merchants.

It took jumia about 5 months after persistence calling before I finally got a refund on items jumia never delivered to me. During the process of ordering the item. Jumia closed Their office and all preorder where automatically cancelled without notice an I got a refund after 5 months. Since then I haven't make use of jumia. As I find peace with konga.

I made the mistake again ordering something from jumia. I only got SMS from jumia that I have 1 day left to pick up the item. Magically I open the jumia app andsaw that my item was delivered. It showed pick up and delivered.

Even when I'm yet to know where their new office is located. Items that I paid for has been picked.
