In an exciting twist of conversation in the Big Brother Naija 'All Stars' house, popular housemate Angel Smith has sparked an unconventional dialogue about birth control and its traditional gender roles.

Angel, one of the captivating personalities in the BBNaija 'All Stars' edition, has become well known for her candid talks and straight-to-the-point perspectives. On Tuesday morning, she did not disappoint her fans when she delved into the often-neglected conversation about birth control and its psychological impact on women.

"The effects are crazy," Angel voiced during a conversation with her fellow housemates. She stated her belief that men should be the ones taking birth control, alluding to the often ignored psychological and emotional toll birth control can have on women. "You'll just wake up and be angry, anxious, and depressed for no reason," she further explained.

Angel's perspective is a potent statement in a world where women predominantly bear the responsibility of family planning. It is not just her outspokenness that resonates with viewers, but also her boldness in tackling topics many shy away from. Her remarks about the effects of birth control on women's emotional well-being was not only thought-provoking but highlighted a critical aspect of women's health that is often overlooked.

Studies have shown that birth control methods, particularly hormonal ones, can affect a woman's mood. Women using these contraceptives often report experiencing mood swings, irritability, and even depression. Despite these known side effects, the responsibility for using birth control has predominantly fallen on women. Angel BBNaija, by pointing out this discrepancy, is encouraging a paradigm shift in the discourse around contraception and responsibility.

Furthermore, Angel Smith's bold statement underscores the need for more equitable contraceptive solutions. It's a call to medical researchers and pharmaceutical companies to invest in birth control options that can be taken up by men without leaving all the emotional and physical burdens on women.

The Big Brother Naija 'All Stars' house is known to breed star-studded personalities, and Angel Smith is undeniably one of them. By opening up about her views on birth control, Angel Smith has not only given viewers a topic for thought but also challenged the status quo of contraceptive responsibilities. Her opinions, while controversial to some, shed light on a crucial health concern that affects millions of women worldwide.

As the BBNaija 'All Stars' show continues to unravel, fans of the reality TV show eagerly await more enlightening conversations, and Angel BBNaija seems ready to deliver. As the outspoken and daring housemate continues her journey, the world watches with keen interest, learning from her perspectives, and finding a voice in her bold assertions.

Angel's statement on men taking birth control is a testament to her willingness to address controversial topics and her commitment to fostering discussions that can lead to societal changes. Indeed, Angel Smith is not just a housemate on the Big Brother Naija 'All Stars' show; she is a voice for millions of women globally who share her experience and sentiments.

Nigerian men will never agree to this. Vasectomy has no side effect at all but they will never dare lol but they want women to keep tampering with their body to prevent pregnancy and they are less concerned about whatever side effects it has on women. I pity any woman who doesn't think very selfish when it involves dealing with men and sex matters, men will ruin and damage your body with no remorse and may eventually settled for someone with little or no experience.
