Yes reason why I am surprised by these complaints. My guy said his card is to expire by 2025 February so why deducting money for reissuance

I had same issue with them when my card was close to expiration date, I was debited same amount as card reinssuance fee without me actually applying for new card
I jejely mail them n copied cbn before 24hrs I was refunded

First Bank and fraudulent deductions are inseparable.I opened a jaiz bank account,soon as any money touches my First Bank account,I transfer to my Jaiz Bank account and go to sleep.I don't allow money to remain in my First Bank overnight,never.

I wonder y u guys are still suffering with commercial banks when they are many digital banks available.smh
