Ariaria market in Aba is surrounded by army and police as they enforce sit at home for the 2nd day this week.

Traders came thinking that there will be calm after wednesday's enforced sit at home by Nigerian military. But they went back home as army and police continue to fire gunshots.

Who is incharge of police and army? APC government!
