Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, effective management, supervision, mentoring and training for the workforce, foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper planning and coordinating of the factory, logistics, office administration, trucks, sales distribution channel, and customer service.
- Acquisition of new customers and drive sales in the existing and new focus market/locality with the aim of increasing market share and the company’s market presence.
- Implement strategy to retain existing customer and drive partnership initiative with Canteens, Restaurants etc.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, market penetration and competition ventures.
- Drive marketing initiatiive and ensure that both monthly and weekly revenue targets are achieved.
- Prepare and present regular reports on general progress level, financial performance, key metrics and improvement plan to the management.
- Maintain a central customer database to monitor sales and trends from time-to-time.
- Maintain an effective quality control process and conduct regular inspections to ensure production of high-quality water and timely stock replenishment.
- Promote a culture of safety throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to minimize workplace hazards and incidents.
- Safeguard, protect and secure the company’s assets and resources.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may affect the business and develop risk management strategies/plans to mitigate the risks.
- Take initiative to innovate and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to all problems/ issues from customers and prospects.
- Foster open and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels. i.e. employees, supervisors, customers, regulatory authorities, business partners etc.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, NAFDAC and ISO requirements.
