Yoruba Muslims must develop Dawah programs first for their Muslim brothers and sisters  to teach them about their religion according to the Quranic verse " O who believe protect yourselves and your family from the hellfire " Quran
66:6 and then for their Christian brothers  sisters and others

The weakness that results from ignorance of the religion make some of them convert while some convert because of lack of job opportunity greed inter marriage or influence

Good post. 2 things. Don't listen to those who suddenly see the Yorubas as one entity. THis is just to allow their misguidance to continue. When Muslims are being condemned for some imaginary ills, they don't distinguish between Yorubas and others.
Second, can you please give some specific guidance on this matter?

You just confirmed what I've been suspecting all along. The Yoruba muslims are liberal and accepting because they are outnumbered by Christians. If it is the other way round, they would have made us understand that we are not one entity and if we object, massacring will follow.

Why not go on youtube and see series of lectures,and buy cd's,there are lots of darwah going on.
