I just concluded a direct purchase of 3 Hectares worth millions of Naira, excluding the fees that will still be incured to get it surveyed and registered in my company's name.

Only for the seller (An old man; he got them at age of 36 ref to the documents he's way above 70 now.) To hand over the document of purchase from the first owner and the Agreement made for him when he purchased them, and I was shocked.

The original cost of the land was #0.75kb 3hectares (no evidence for this though just his words)

He bought it for #700, got 1 for #300 and the other 2 @the rate of #200 each(solid evidence tendered)

I bought it for almost x900+% of his cost price

I just can't relate... well I hope to live long enough to sell it for x5000% also
