Military coup will ALWAYS happen is there is bad governance.. Nigeria is no exception.

In fact, West African countries learnt Military coup from Nigeria

When legislature becomes RUBBER STAMP and Executive disobeys court orders as it is in Nigeria, Military coup will check the excutive

We should not demonize military rule. On the contrary, it is the best.

Do a comparative Analysis of the Military era and the Democratic era.

Obviously the Military is much more Better... And anything can happen. It takes a few PATRIOTIC and cool headed majors and colonels to pull it off.

The first military coup was in 1963 in Togo. Get your facts right.

The secretary of states has already applauded the bold strategic steps taken by ECOWAS states chaired by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. One of which is that ECOWAS countries to close their boarders against Niger, cut off economic and energy supply, declaration of a no fly soon and other steps.
Diplomatic nicety

Wow! Even when the discussion is about Niger, ECOWAS and the rest of the world, you still find a way to call out the Igbos.

You must be leaving in your Dubai like home and place. Even with the Federal government of Nigeria subsidizing your life and that of your region, every part of Igbo land can favourably compete with yours. Since the removed subsidy, you can now see how many Igbos who depends on federal salary are crying, compare that to your life.

Perceived Complacency of western powers over insecurity in the sahel region has made many countries in the region to change switch partners from West to Russia. Thus, Central African Republic, Burkina Faso and Mali engaged the services of Russian group in fight against insurgency. Mali and Burkina Faso west further to sack the French forces assisting them.

Now with the coup in Nigeria's next door neighbor Niger over same insecurity, it's obvious Russia is about to have a presence there.

Unlike Mali, Burkina Faso etc US already has two airforce bases in Niger which house it's Africom. To further highlight importance of Niger to them, US has made frantic diplomatic efforts to restore the deposed president to power.

The Niger junta is set embrace Russia and Russia will likely ask them to sack US airforce from the country. The US may likely leave in humiliation or see it as one loss too many. Depending on what they decide, Niger might soon be a theatre of a force proxy war.

Can Nigeria handle such a war at it's doorstep with heavy arms flow? The war in far away Libya was the reason terrorists in the north grew strong with arms to challenge the government. Also the civil war in Cameroon is one of the reasons ESN is standing strong. ( Don't ask me how)

Can Nigeria survive two superpower fight at its border which may likely make them pick sides in Nigeria's own crisis such as Biafran seperatism?

I am very sure your mother is useless and was punished by lots of different i small dirty and smelly dicks which resulted to giving birth to a dirty rag like you. After giving birth to something that look like crushed cockroach, she still did not give him home training coupled with poverty of both money and mentality. When you see a man that is just poor, we know and we show pity but you see those ones without cash but with poverty of the mind, should be avoided at all cost.

I really want Nigeria to stay neutral. I don't want us to lose actual soldiers fighting a proxy war for the gay west. France has been looting and exploiting niger since forever so now that Niger is stopping it the west want a war. The worst russia can do which is exploiting niger at the end has already happened to them. So i never support the west
Let all the generals be posted to real war front. I heard that people will be massively recruited into the military. Yoruba will get the highest slots. Be preparing to go for war

Perfect observation, Russia WILL find a new home in Niger, probably within a week or two, U.S. will be driven out, probably in the same time period as well. What will probably not happen is the pipe-dream that ECOWAS refers to as military intervention. You want to know why? First of all, it is not only Nigeriens that are happy with this military coup, peoples from other ECOWAS nations, especially Nigeria seem to be happy about this coup as well. Let's face it, democracy, for whatever reason, has turned out to be a disaster in West Africa in particular and Africa in general, so how does one drum up support for a military intervention that they do not believe in? Where are they going to get their army to invade a sovereign nation? You are also correct, of all the ECOWAS countries that will suffer if this drug induced hallucination of "military intervention" comes to be, Nigeria will be the worst hit. You think insecurity/ISWAP/Boko-Haram is bad as it is now? Consider multiplying that problem 100-fold and then tell me with a straight face that Nigeria will still be alive after this. The truth is that getting trapped into this delusion will be the force that will force Nigeria to break up irreversibly. Biafra will break away almost as soon as the "shit hits the fan" so to speak. SW may linger a while longer but then even they will break away.

I have a suspicion that the only reason why this current Nigerian president is even thinking aloud of such a ridiculous option is due to a presumption that his position as president would be more secure, disregarding completely the effect that his decision will have on the Nigerian people and Nigeria as a whole, just as his recent policies, as soon as he entered office, seemed completely devoid of any consideration of the effect/sufferings that will be visited on the Nigerian people and Nigeria in general. Yet another selfish, self-aggrandizing move to advance his progress at the expense of everyone else, so to summarize my answer to your question, Nigeria has no hope for survival if this war actually happens.

It is not about knowing everything. It is about seeing what one has before him and using your experience/education/wisdom/intelligence to estimate what could happen in the future, on the "action-consequence" level.

Someone should tell ecowas to trend calmly and be cautious. Tinubu should leave Niger alone .. afterall they are jubilating in Niger Republic. So that shouldn't be ecowas headache.. democracy has failed in West Africa due to greedy selfish politicians..
Who exactly is jubilating?
You think Niger republic is a small village?
No coup will happen where some people will not jubilate.
