This is supposed to be the capital of the most developed state in Nigeria, but see disjointed building alignment, brown roof cohabiting with a high rise building and zero street planning.
Only less than 10% of Lagos is nice. The rest is a huge slum including Ikeja the Capital

The right thing has to be done for this country to move forward.

Tinubu gave the senate over 70billion naira as palliatives to share among themselves but gave Nigerians N8000 crumbs from his table to families to share as palliative. That's wickedness and evil.

You mean to say the whole Nigeria Labour Congress in the entire 37 states of federation downtools because they were paid and sponsored to strike against the FG? undecided
Whoever paid them must be the most powerful person in the whole of Africa.

When you are in pain ensure your senses are intact and not in pain.
Re: Pictures From Ongoing NLC Protest In Ikeja Lagos by MRMRMR: 2:58pm On Aug 02, 2023
This NLC protest is like a case of let us protest for the case of protest. Their demand is so incoherent and inconsistent. May be they are confused.
On one hand their are asking for subsidy to remain i.e price of a liter of fuel to revert to N190
On another hand they are asking for salary increase and palliatives
My question is, which one do they want? Definitely they can't have both

Protest till next year, Tinubu will not cow in. The generational fraudulent fuel subsidy is gone forever. Tinubu's current plan now is how to mitigate against the effect of the new fuel price

What is his plan for our refineries pls.

Eboe partisans. Some Banks are open in Lagos, Oyo and Ekiti as we speak. You folks can go and "verify" This is an Eboe thing. We've cottoned to that already. You want to start Strike in Lagos you chose Computer Village as point of convergence. Just like your messiah appointed Eboe partisans State Chairman of Labour Party in Sokoto and Lagos and some other places. We know the plan. Nobody is going to scatter Nigeria or burn our Country down because of the personal loss they meritoriously suffered in the Presidential Elections.

Believe me this protest will continue to gather strength by the day and by next 3 to 4 days, it would have become something like ENDSars everywhere because no doubt opposition parties go make it blow.
Re: Pictures From Ongoing NLC Protest In Ikeja Lagos by VIKTO83(m): 3:03pm On Aug 02, 2023
Egage about 90% of the protesters in discussion on what yhey think should be done yo ameliorate the so-called suffering and u will be shocked at their height of stupidity.
U will hear things like:
1. Return subsidy.
2. Share to every Nigerian 1million each.
3. Tinubu is sitting on stolen mandate.
4. There's hunger in the land.
5. Increase minimum wage to 200k.
6. Divide the country..
7. We need military rule....etc

That will expose their hypocrisy and untoward behaviour Nigeria.
They have no singular solution to profer. They have no meaningful suggestion.
The most frustrating aspect is that no Nigerian is ready to pay any sacrifice to Nigeria.
How then will Nigeria get better if we are not ready to pass through hard time?
