To secretly negotiate arms deal with the Wagner group, if the disintegration of Nigeria is going ever going to happen, then a military intervention by Nigeria in Niger republic (which will prove to be the dumbest political move my Tinubu) will prove to be a blessing in disguise for separatist groups like IPOB that need sophisticated weapons (assault rifles and other war logistics) to effectively fight a protracted war of attrition against Nigeria. These weapons will be sold to IPOB delegates for very cheap, or even at no cost cause the interest of the Wagner group will be to destabilise Nigeria from within FIRST...all IPOB need to do is set up a supply line where all these weapons can be sent to them, maybe using the territories in the restive Ambazonia regions of Cameroon to receive weapons from the Wagner group will be smart.
