We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Success Manager to join our team at the Blockchain Innovation Hub, Ibadan.

As a Program Success Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our programs by working collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement program strategies, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders, and identifying and mitigating potential risks.

In addition, the Program Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

- A B. Sc. in Business Management
- Extensive knowledge of Programming and Blockchain (an added advantage)

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the successful implementation of projects
- Maintain relationships with clients and students
- Oversee a team of product managers and developers
- Perform other related activities
