Ice fish isn't healthier than fresh meat.

Most of those fishes, stay in cold rooms for over 7 months, during which power failure, faulty generators...etc would affect it's texture, thus making them unfit for consumption.

I read somewhere that the lifespan of frozen fish shouldn't exceed 5 months. Unfortunately, in Nigeria, there is no authority to enforce that law so merchants can even store their imported fishes for up to a year, meaning it would exceed it's shelf life by the time it gets to the retailers and then consumers like you and I.

So technically, we're eating poison. May God save us.
what's difference in 5 and 7 month to hungry Nigerian that cannot produce any thing

So if there is no agency to enforce you will drink sniper cos someone sold it to you?

Let me educate you.

Red meat contains a lot of proteins and opposed to white meat.

Our elders are not as active as the youths, so when they eat red meat (a lot of proteins), it gets converted to lipids (fats in the form of adipose tissues) as only a few of these energy is used.

These could lead to obesity (high BMI), high blood pressure, hearth attack and many other diseases.

So white meat you mean chicken? Chickens that were injected with God knows what starting from first week till you consume that is healthy?

Since time immemorial humans has been consuming beef and goats, they're more healthy to eat than that your chickens you from market.

I'm not selling anything.

Before now, our life span was really short. People were dyeing of natural causes in their 20s and 30s in the dark ages and medieval.

Aged people should stay away from red meat.

Exactly bro, there's a risk factor to everything we eat. Moderation is the key.

You are right. More importantly, nature has availed us with fruits and vegetables to detoxify our system off these toxins.

Choose your poison wisely abeg.
That was how one lecturer taught me that roasting, baking and deep frying food leads to the formation of acrylamides, a substance that can negatively impact the nervous system and also a known/suspected carcinogen. Choose your poison wisely. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

You are right!
