I am in search of a White or Blackboard doodle video creator, preferably able to use Doodlemaker or Doodly. However, any other software and platforms that can serve would be fine. The videos will be between 20 to 25 minutes. Doodle videos will be needed for some parts of the video and not the entire duration. The number of videos expected to be worked on is between 8 to 9 set. The doodle creator will be expected to also source relevant pictures, images and icons needed to portray relevant information. The budget for this project is 15K per video.
