most clueless, stupid and foolish governor Enugu has ever had. Thank god the court will sack him very soon. This man increased the cost of registering a plot of land, he charges 12k per square miles of land, so 2 plots of land will be costing you about 5million to register alone, then you will pay 150, thousand naira everymonth once you start building untill you finish. This bastard promised Enugu people water, now he is telling the same Enugu people to contribute money to have water. Clueless man you can't ban tinted windows for factory fitted cars, na you go give them money to change the glasses? Abi you are foolish?. This man caused the death of two young boys in Enugu, he went ahead to close people's shops illegally, does he think he has the right to seal people's shops because they refuse to come out on a sit at home, dude claims to be a lawyer but I'm not even sure any longer. Rumors going on is that he is from abakiliki and not even a pure Enugu man. 4 Likes |

Normally you don't enforce such ban because it is not backed by law. The Governor should sign an executive order or pass through the State House of assembly. Enforcing and impounding based on a statement sign by SSG is dictatorial |

All government vehicles should not be tinted then. So because I'll be passing through Enugu to my destination, I should buy another car or have factory fitted tint replaced by buying new sets of windows and back windshield... Ment sha plenty anyhow 4 Likes |

Its very clear this governor had nothing to offer. He is neither here not there. I really don’t know his advisers but they are not leading him correctly. Today from one useless policy to another. He lack the legal backing to efforce the policy. The judiciary is too slow they should fast and sack this guy. 2 Likes |
