I believe there is provision for rerun or runoff as the cafe may be in such a dicey case.

When an Obidient suggests other people are supporting President Tinubu because of tribal affiliations, I cannot but shake my head at the effrontery.

If you want to see the true definition of tribalism, look at the percentage votes scored by Obi in states that are indigenous to his tribesmen. Compare that to open minded Northerners and Yorubas and how they did not indulge in that blatant tribalism.
