But I still don’t understand why Nigerians, that English is the official language are required to write IELTS while those from Caribbean countries that English is also their official language aren’t writing many external exams.

when you even write the exams, some of the examiners no too sabi English but na you go still de write to pass test....this English proficiency thing is just for money making.
