@dwayne111 This is a wide area can you narrow it down to a specific say Music production as in DAW, MIXING, SINGING, COMPOSING INSTRUMENTATION etc, I hope i got ur message right if not discard the options.

I love music too like playing aspect, i wish you well in your endeavour and Lagos really should be your destination, hang out with the industry makers even if it means erant boy but bear in mind your ultimate goal in 3 to 5 years to come and let your talent pave way for the right connection

Omo you will learn it by yourself by doing a lot of projects because nobody can teach you but they can only guide you. That money you are going to take to Lagos am telling you your better off using it to buy equipment to upgrade yourself and invest in your self education because it's going to be a long journey. I am still learning this and it is extremely hard and I hope you learn ear training early because it will save you sometime. If you can learn through phone apps hit me up if your interested lemme help you with good habits that will save your life and make the journey easy.

You are correct that music production area is wide he has to choose. I am still a learner stuck with limited euipment. I choose to specify more in making my beats and mixing them on my own. If I was him that money I will take to Lagos I will buy equipment and meet local producer's while using YouTube and Google to self learn. He will be surprised from what he can learn from some correct and I emphasize correct local music producers because they are easy access and they have tons of knowledge and it will be hard to linkup and learn from those already pro because they are busy trying to stay relevant if it is easy he can try it because if he lands in Lagos, it's still this same local producer's he will start linking up with because the ones that blew up are still the same local producer's that are still presently grinding.
