The registration period for the exam was initially scheduled to conclude yesterday, but it has been postponed.
WAEC has decided to extend the registration deadline for the 2023 GCE (Second Series) Exams. This announcement is intended for all potential candidates and those involved in the process.


It is important to note that the original registration deadline for the second series of the General Certificate Examination (GCE), organized by the West African Examination Council (WAEC), has been prolonged.
All candidates who were planning to participate in the WASSCE for Private Candidates, 2023 – Second Series, are hereby informed that they now have until August 27th, 2023, to complete their registration.


The registration fee will remain unchanged at Eighteen Thousand Naira (N18,000) only.
Individuals who intend to take part in the Private WASSCE (WAEC GCE) Exam for the second series of 2023 and have not yet registered are advised to take action before the new registration deadline.
