FCCPC stands for the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. It is a government agency responsible for promoting fair competition and protecting consumer rights in Nigeria. The commission ensures that businesses comply with competition laws and regulates mergers and acquisitions to prevent monopolistic practices. It also investigates complaints from consumers and takes appropriate actions against unfair trade practices.
Earlier this year, apart from delisting and banning fraudulent loan companies, The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) released a fresh list of 154 companies it has approved to fully operate loan apps in the country.
FCCPC, which listed the 154 companies on its websites, explained that in furtherance of the investigation by the Joint Regulatory and Enforcement Task Force (JRETF) into possible violation of privacy and other rights by digital money lenders (DMLs), it has resumed the registration of digital money lending Apps under the Limited Interim Regulatory Framework and Guidelines for Digital Lending 2022.

I dont know which one is the best, but out of experience, I know the present NAFDAC is the worst. A lot of bottle necks and bureaucracy their regulatory activities..
