MTN keep deducting my credit for services I did not Subscribe to in the first place. I get messages like: Thank you for your subscription for so n so service, N100 has been deducted from your account.
D amount range from N25-N100, on a weekly basis. I've called their customer service in d past, they'll apologize, but it doesn't stop. If I unsubscribe, they resume d deductions after a few weeks, I'm tired!
How do I make them stop these frivolous deductions and refund the ones they've taken so far?
