This month got to 19th in a twinkle of an eye. Some parents who are still gathering school fees for their children against next month's resumption would agree with me that this month is fast. Tenants who are to pay their rents this month would also say this August is fast. Whereas reverse is the case for salary earners and landlords. What is your take? Is this month fast or slow?
