Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

A registered educational travel agency, seeks a Client Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media platforms, experienced in client relations, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Hold weekly live events on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to engage prospects
- Create visual content and videos to promote Flysoft's services
- Build relationships with prospective clients through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings
- Respond promptly to prospective client inquiries
- Guide clients through the process of applying for study abroad programs
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and recruitment funnel

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a client/customer-facing role, preferably in education or travel sectors
- Active and highly engaged on major social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to explain complex study abroad processes clearly
- Savvy with content creation and basic video editing
- Organized, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Based in Lagos, Nigeria
