Wodu89: Over 100 million people and a very arable land. Other countries like South korea rely almost completely on their technological, scientific, and human development because they lack natural resources. If Nigeria had that plus a strong agricultural sector, we would be a power to reckon with. Same for Cameroon and the majority of African countries. |

Jedtam: I've been eating roasted corn since as long as I can remember. In fact, some refer to me as bird because my favourite meal is beans and corn (bird food). I'm a few decades old and I can tell you sir/ma, in all my years alive and my adventure with roasted corn, I've not seen this before. I've bought corn for 5 naira, 15 naira, two for 50 naira. But, I've never encountered where anyone divided corn for me. Never. Not in primary school, or even my secondary school days. Even when Nigeria was as hard as hell, we will still get cheap corn to buy whenever rain is falling because they want to sell faster and leave. This is pathetic. It shows how backwards we've gone. We should be ashamed of the country we've built and are building for our children. Divide corn? In 2023? |
