I changed my device and tried logging my Kuda account on my new device but they said my pin is incorrect, that’s the same pin I do use in almost all my apps and now they have locked my account

I tried reaching out to the Kuda customer service through the app they told me what to do but whenever I wants to submit the requirements to unban my account the customer service chat box refreshes seems I can’t chat them properly in the app

Please how can I sort this out?

I changed my phone recently and I don't have such experience.
1- is the phone brand new ?
If not maybe the formal user was also using kuda on the phone.
Instead of using the app try using the phone browser to access kuda.
If you believe everything is right from your side just give it some time. It will work
