If you're planning a rebellion against Putin, you HAVE TO follow through and finish it, if of course you don't want to die. Putin has said it himself sometimes in 2018 that he is able to forgive but he will NEVER forgive an act of betrayal and obviously in Putin's court, death is the price of betrayal.
