Hi, Nairalanders, I was watching a video where someone said you have to legalize your certificates at the Federal Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Education, Abuja when you are going for master's or PhD outside the country.
The question is how do we deal with this problem when we want to travel as many of us do laminate our certificates?

From my experience, they'll use a blade to try to cut open the "nylon" at the back of the document, so as to create a space they can stamp... It's a very dicey move sha, cos them fit go do mistake ... That's just it

1. Go to Access Bank right next to the Ministry of Education, Abuja.

2. Turn left as soon as you walk in through the front door. There’s an office there (makeshift cyber cafe)
