Bayelsa state is a disgrace to the nigerdelta and a typical example of what would happen if these same elites have their own country. A state with just 1 Road and 8 LGA cannot even be like dubai. 2 Likes |

Nigerians are too foolish to not hold state and local government accountable for the allocation that comes to them as well as the responsibilities they owe the people. Everything is the FG. These gives the state government to do anyhow. 1 Like |

Just imagine, they had this things all these while and instead of distributing it to people you kept it till got rotten now you are saying it no longer fit for human consumption, NA WA FOR THEM . Please anybody that knows the location of the remaining wearhouses should give update so that people will get there before the items get rotten. |

Ensa777: They were able to do that because the people they claim to govern are not vigilant and are not forceful in demanding for their rights most likely because they 'love' and 'respect' (subservient, feudal mindset) those they appoint to work for them. They see themselves as too small to question authority. They see their leaders as kings with godly mandates beyond reproach. The liberty of the mindset of the average Nigerian is the beginning of a new country. 1 Like |

opamoses1:i know now, I lived there for some years doing biz. The worst was when GEJ was president. He's home town of ogbia had a very bad bridge that was hazardous. A woman died with her sinking after she skid of the bridge. the locals had to get panel beaters and welders to reconstruct the bridge even while their son was president. Gues what GEJ always took that dead bridge to his house when he was a lecturer. Southern politicians are our problem. |
