Hospitals are always welcome, the sick should be treated, it is a shame though it is not available where it is most needed

Seriously, after the crass behavior on the gov of Illinois, I think building 15, psychiatric hospitals is not enough.
They should just barricade the entire region and make it the largest psychiatric hospital ever built

There is bigger than a pandemic. After tribunal trash that case away, many of them will enter street naked
