First as always, I thank God for this victory and the grace to remain steadfast in the journey.
I have nothing much to say. I also posted my testimony last year and two years ago, and by God's grace, next year I'll come here again to testify.

The only purpose of this testimony is to encourage many youths fighting the same (and any) addiction that it is possible to be totally free. Many have tried and failed, and have given up. I'm here, three years of not masturbating or watching any pornography, I testify to you that total abstinence is 100% possible. All it takes is will, determination, self-discipline and divine help.
Remember that we are biologically sexual beings living in a sexualized society constantly exposed to sexually provoking media, so I place emphasis on the divine help. Sheer human strength is limited and may fail you any time

It's necessary to mention that I've never had sex all through this journey, so it's been total celibacy. Technically we call it Semen Retention. And by God's grace, I have vowed to continue like this till my marriage!
