Money Successfully Transferred But Beneficiary Account Not Credited by NuhuIbrahim(m): 8:55am On Aug 30, 2023 |
Good morning, I don't know if this forum is the right place for me to post this but please permit me. I am moniepoint Agent, on 25th of this month August a customer with opay account came want his account to credited with N10,000, I transfered it and it was successful but he got the alert as failed transaction. Both of us when to moniepoint to complain, moniepoint gave me all the evidence that it was a successful transaction then we proceed to opay office, opay Said is a failed transaction on their part that we should back moniepoint to order for refund and moniepoint said no it's a successful transaction that the money has already gone to opay with settlement slip to prove that opay actually Received the money. Now the customer wanted to fight me if his money is not refunded so I did. In this case who's at fault moniepoint or opay and which authority can I report this matter to recover my money because am the losing end. Your opinion please 1 Like 1 Share |
